Minnesota County Booking Releases

Minnesota has 87 counties, and each one runs its own jail and publishes its own booking releases. The county sheriff is responsible for the jail and for making inmate data public under state law. Under Minnesota Statute 641.05, all county sheriffs must maintain public records of everyone booked into their jail.
